Trance is what the site plays when I'm off air, and it's a big part of what got me into DJing. For a booking I can run a full trance set: progressive openers, uplifting peak-time tracks and the classics people sing along to.
Trance for events
Trance works for nights where people want euphoria rather than grind — reunions of old clubbers, 40th birthdays, after-parties. Name the era you want: late-90s, 2000s anthems or current releases.
Mixing techno into trance
Plenty of bookings ask for both. A set can start in tech-house territory and lift into trance for the last hour, or the other way round.
