UK time runs 3.5 hours ahead of Newfoundland, 4 ahead of Atlantic, 5 ahead of Eastern (Toronto, Montreal), 7 ahead of Mountain (Calgary) and 8 ahead of Pacific (Vancouver). A 7pm Toronto start is midnight here.
